What better way to celebrate African culture than by participating in the creation of traditional music, dance and storytelling? Students who register for all three weeks will gain a clear understanding of this region's cultural development and evolution as a whole, while weeklong sessions will serve as an introduction to each region's cultural traditions. Topics will include the crafting and playing of African drums, South African drumming, African storytelling, Unfandalai (tradional African dance), traditional African masks and more!
