American Girl Tea Party and Fashion Show
June 14, 3:00pmIn celebration of our hardworking and talented American Girl sewing students, Darlington will hold its first end-of-year American Girl Tea Party and Fashion Show. This fashionable event will feature an exhibition of student creations, two short demonstrations and the runway fashion show followed by tea and sweets.
Darlington students who wish to participate in the fashion show must fill out an official entry form available in the office. Participation in the fashion show includes free admission to the event and is open to Darlington sewing students only. All students who have taken an American Girl sewing class in the past 3 years are welcome to participate.
Non-participating students, family and friends may purchase tickets to the event by calling the office at 610-358-3632. Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children age 12 & under. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Teacher - B. SmithAmerican Girl Saturdays teach basic sewing skills while making cool clothes and accessories for your doll.
An additional sewing kit will be required containing essential supplies used for all sewing projects. You can choose to purchase these items yourself or purchase the kit at time of registration. (Beginner kits are $9; Advanced Beginner kits are $27).
Our goal is to have fun while learning to sew. It's not how much we sew as much as how well we learn to sew and that we all have an understanding of how each project is constructed.
