With the use of a live model, aspiring designers learn how to draw the figure by following an instructional breakdown of the human form and practicing gesture sketches. The model will start in black tights and body suit to allow a clear understanding of the structure of the figure, adding skirts and scarves to practice drawing fabric draping and the flow of a garment.
Bring a large drawing pad and a table easel, if you have them. Workshop tuition includes $10 model fee. Workshop also offered Thursday, June 14.
