Discover the art of fusing glass into rich, colorful pendants to be used in necklaces, earrings and broaches. Students will learn the basic techniques of cutting class, assembling designs and fusing them at high tempertures in a kiln. Students will create several pieces each, using Art Glass and Dichroic Glass.
Tools, glass and findings provided. Be inspired this summer at one or all of Darlington's Thursday Art Night Out Workshops and learn how to work with new materials such as paper, clay, felt and glass in an unintimidating environment! Follow a Teaching Artist's step-by-step instructions to create a variety of decorative objects and crafts.
