Darlington's Summer Arts Camps inspire students ages 3-14 to think creatively about the world around them and express themselves through the visual and performing arts.
Because we are a member-supported center for the arts, a non-refundable Family Membership of $75, valid from September 1 through August 31, is required to enroll in all activities (exceptions are noted and include all workshops) and will be pro-rated to $40 for activities beginning after March 1. The Family Membership may be tax-deductible and allows Darlington to maintain facilities, provide excellent administration, care for our instruments and studios, and fulfill our mission to provide Every Art for Everyone.

Week One: June 17 - 21 (no camp June 19)
Heroes and Villains
Create your own epic superhero stories through music, art, dance, and drama. Design new heroes and villains, write a theme song, have a dance battle, and more! Save the multiverse with the 4 arts! Campers will have a performance for friends and family at 2:30 PM on Friday.

Week Two: June 24 - 28
Let's Make a TV Show [Intensive]
Be the producers, directors, and stars of your own television show in this dramatic intensive camp! Learn about the creative process behind your favorite shows and some of the technology used to bring televised stories to life! Campers will premiere their show for friends and family at 2:30 PM on Friday.

Dragons and Unicorns
Enter a magical realm of dragons and unicorns, elves and giants! Launch noble quests to defend and explore your kingdom utilizing the visual and performing arts! Use your imagination to create new beasts and creatures of myth! Campers will have a performance for friends and family at 2:30 PM on Friday.

Week Three: July 1 - 3 (3 days)
Visual Art Intensive [Intensive]
Celebrate great artists in this intensive week. Explore different styles across all eras and use different media while creating a gallery of art to showcase for family and friends at 2:30 PM on Friday. *Pro-rated cost for 3-day week *

Jurassic Journey
Go on a 4-arts adventure with the most gargantuan creatives to have ever walked the earth! With your imagination and the power of the arts, you will create and explore the Jurassic world of dinosaurs! *Pro-rated cost for 3-day week *

Week Four: July 8 - 12
A Galaxy Far, Far Away
Using the powerful force of the arts, activate your hyperdrive and blast past stars to distant planets in a far away galaxy! Explore space age music, design your own intergalactic universe, and more. Campers will have a performance for friends and family at 2:30 PM on Friday.

Darlington's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry
Board the Hogwarts Express into a magical universe! Immerse yourself in the world of wizards, encounter fantastic beasts, and cast spells of music, art, dance, and drama! Campers will have a performance for friends and family at 2:30 PM on Friday.

Darlington and the 4 Arts Factory
Redeem your Golden Ticket and come explore our fabulous 4 Arts Factory! Experience the magical worlds of music, art, dance, and drama. You never know what surprises will await you! Campers will have a performance for friends and family at 2:30 PM on Friday.

Rockin' the Arts
Get rocking in this week of camp! Recreate rock classics, design your own album cover, learn popular dances, and act out your own rock legend. Full day campers will have a performance for friends and family at 2:30 PM on Friday.

Guitar Jam Camp [Intensive]
Discover what you can do with your guitar! Learn how to play chords and pick, while learning to play songs as a group. Campers will also enjoy other games and activities with “Rockin’ the Arts” camp. Full day camp will have a performance for friends and family at 2:30 PM on Friday. CAMPERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN GUITARS.

Under the Sea Adventure
Get ready to explore the vast deep blue sea in this thrilling week of camp! You will go on an epic adventure using the 4 arts to discover, design, and tame the wildest underwater creatures! Write your own shanty and explore the sea! Campers will have a performance for friends and family at 2:30 PM on Friday.

Be the screenwriters, directors, and stars of your own movie in this dramatic intensive camp! Marvelous Mysteries
Follow clues and uncover hidden mysteries! Go on a 4-arts detective adventure to discover and solve mysteries or create a mysterious story of your very own! Sneak through ancient tombs and long forgotten temples. Campers will have a performance for friends and family at 2:30 PM on Friday.

The Young Trainer's Club
Gotta catch 'em all here at Darlington! Grab your compass and start your quest to become Darlington League Champion. Using the 4 arts, we will explore the lush expanse of unmapped lands and hidden locales! Campers will have a performance for friends and family at 2:30 PM on Friday. Please note: this shortened week will be prorated. * Pro-rated cost for 4-day week *
